? What we are looking for:

? 5+ years of experience as a Quality Manager

? Proven experience in implementing and monitoring ISO 9001 Quality Plans

? Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Engineering

? Proficiency in IT tools

? Strong autonomy, proactivity, and critical thinking

? Availability to travel

? Responsibilities:

- Develop standardized production, quality, and customer service procedures

- Identify risks and propose preventive actions

- Perform internal and external quality audits and prepare detailed reports

- Train and lead the quality team
