We are in search of a Quality Production Engineer – Electronics & Components to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring that every component meets the highest quality standards and delivers consistent reliability.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and implement incoming inspection procedures for all critical electronic and electromechanical components
• Perform and/or oversee functional, dimensional, and visual inspections
• Analyze failures and lead root cause investigations for recurring or
  - impact issues
• Collect and interpret quality data to support
  - making
• Collaborate with Engineering, Industrialization, and Operations teams on product validation and quality investigations
• Evaluate and manage supplier performance, implementing improvement plans when required
• Own and manage
  - conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPAs)
• Identify process improvements and standardization opportunities across quality workflows

What You’ll Bring To The Table

• Strong technical knowledge of electronics, Io
  T systems, PCBs, and cable assemblies
• Proven experience in quality control/assurance for electronics or electromechanical products
• Familiarity with inspection/testing methods for electrical components
• Experience with quality tools (root cause analysis, 5 Whys, Ishikawa diagrams)
• Analytical mindset with
  - solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)

It Would Be Great If You Would Also Have

• Quality certifications (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, CQA)
• Experience managing suppliers in Asia or remote quality monitoring
• Hands-on with test tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes, test jigs, functional testers)
