We are looking for a Senior Quality Tester to work in a project in Lisbon area. What are we looking for? - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance methodologies (mandatory);



- Proficiency in using testing tools such as JIRA, Xray, Test
Rail, or similar;



- Passionate about Quality and obsessed with Digital Experiences;



-Excellent analytical and
- solving skills;



-Strong communication and interpersonal skills;



Collaborative "nosilos" approach to addressing issues based on continuous open communication;



-Critical mindset, continuously challenging the status quo and asking insightful "why" questions to drive innovation and improvement;



-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a
- paced environment;



-Detail-oriented with astrong focus on quality;



-A disciplined approachto test execution;



-Experienced in using modern Agile Quality Assurance methodologies;



-Minimum 4 years of experience in quality testing, preferably in an engineering or
- focused company;



-Certification inquality assurance or testing (e. G. , ISTQB) is valued;



-Curiosity and a boundless willingness to learn about new technologies, especially in AI;



-Basic understanding of
AI/ML concepts and their application in software quality assurance is a plus;
