Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:

1. Develop and execute functional, integration, regression, and automation tests, when applicable;
2. Perform exploratory testing to detect undocumented problems;
3. Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios;
4. Identify bugs/defects and report them using appropriate tools;
5. Create detailed bug reports with screenshots and
   -
   - step explanations to reproduce issues;
6. Use test and defect management tools;
7. Participate in meetings as necessary;
8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing and quality processes;
9. Follow project standards on testing policies, criteria, strategies, and procedures;
10. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders;
11. Escalate work issues to appropriate levels.

Profile

1. At least 3 years of professional experience in similar roles;
2. Experience in designing, planning, and executing functional testing;
3. Experience with test management, defect management tools, and reporting;
4. Experience with Regression, Integration, and E2E Testing;
5. Familiarity with Agile methodologies;
6. Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills;
7. Good English communication skills, both written and spoken;
8. Capacity for initiative, dynamism, and proactivity.

Nice-to-have

1. Degree in computer science or similar;
2. SQL knowledge;
3. ISTQB Foundation Certification;
4. Spanish/Castilian communication skills.
