The Quant Analyst – Risk Leasing Solutions’ mission is to be responsible for initiatives within the transformation and modernization program of the credit granting platform "DMM Further" and the RISK Innovation program.

BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions (BPLS) specializes in leasing financing solutions for equipment for professionals and businesses.

Within the BPLS RISK Granting Tribe, the Corporate Decision-Making Models (DMM) team designs Decision Support Systems in collaboration with Risk Departments and Business Units to automate credit granting processes.

Your Main Activities

• Reporting and monitoring KPIs (Python, SQL, Power
  BI).
• Analysis and
  - testing of credit decision systems (SQL, Python, Dataiku).
• Exploring innovative methodologies such as statistical modeling, machine learning, or AI;
  
  
  
  working with new data types like transactional or Open Banking data;
  
  
  
  data visualization and preparation.
• Improving automation of credit decisions while managing risk.
• Standardizing best practices and participating in community rituals for tools and models.

Profile and Skills

• Bachelor’s in Mathematics/Statistics or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in RISK or as a Quant Analyst.
• Advanced English skills.
• Knowledge in Python, SQL, Power
  BI, MS Excel.
• Results-driven, collaborative, analytical, with strong communication skills, creativity, and
  - solving abilities.
