Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous, organized individual passionate about the construction industry to help bring innovative projects to life.

Main Responsibilities

Plan and prepare consultations with suppliers, including construction details, quantities, and material quality, in line with project and company policies
Systematize and organize budgets using cost control sheets
Analyze technical documents for budgeting and ongoing works
Measure construction works
Prepare project proposals
Assess and prepare additional work in coordination with the Project Manager
Identify errors and omissions

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields (not mandatory)
Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in budgeting, technical analysis, or project coordination
Solid knowledge of construction processes, materials, and documentation
Proficiency in MS Excel and budgeting software (e. g. , Auto
CAD, Presto)
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Good communication skills and team spirit
Fluency in English and native Portuguese
