Our client is recruiting for the position of R2R Global Process Lead (M/F). The Global Process Owner for Record-to-Report (R2R) must demonstrate solid experience in the financial domain, with a specific focus on R2R processes, and strong ability to engage and collaborate with key stakeholders such as Accounting, Tax, and Shared Services leadership. In‑depth technical expertise across the core areas of the financial cycle is essential.
Responsibilities
- Take global ownership of R2R processes, with a strong focus on Intercompany, Financial Closing, Treasury, and Account Coordination.
- Define, structure, and maintain global R2R standards, ensuring compliance with internal control requirements and their consistent application across regions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at operational efficiency, process automation, and robustness.
- Monitor process performance via KPIs and dashboards, ensuring prompt implementation of corrective actions.
- Drive continuous evolution of financial processes by fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and global knowledge sharing.
- Ensure strategic utilisation of the Blackline tool through:
- Management of improvement projects and change initiatives
- Collaboration with TDDI teams and specialised consultants
- Oversight of the Blackline Administrator (including incident resolution, configuration, escalation, and identification of optimisation opportunities)
Requirements
- +3 years of experience in accounting or financial control
- Comprehensive expertise in fixed assets, journal entries, review processes, intercompany transactions, and treasury activities
- Understanding of the impact of R2R activities on local operations and business units
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong knowledge of R2R processes and internal control requirements
- Advanced proficiency with the Blackline tool (configuration and features)
- Proven experience in process design, documentation, and optimisation
- Ability to work effectively in international and multicultural environments
- Project management skills with strict adherence to deadlines
- Availability for occasional travel
- Knowledge of SAP or Microsoft Dynamics and their structural frameworks
