Opportunity: R2R Specialist (Fixed Assets)

What will you do?

• Create and maintain capital investments projects and its budgets;
  
  
  
  
• Maintain fixed asset system for accounting, processing and reporting of the assets;
  
  
  
  
• Record fixed asset acquisitions and disposals in the accounting system;
  
  
  
  
• Track the compilation of project costs into fixed asset accounts, and close out those accounts once the related projects have been completed;
  
  
  
  
• Generate monthly depreciation postings, review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation;
  
  
  
  
• Supportthe transfer of AUC balances to the Fixed Assets
  - ledger through close
  - ordination with local business;
  
  
  
  
• Monitorand report monthly capital expenditure to Managers;
  
  
  
  
• Producemonthly and annual Fixed Assets account reports to the business;
  
  
  
  
• Conductanalyses related to fixed assets as requested by management/business;
  
  
  
  
• Assist the business on periodic physical counts of fixed assets;
  
  
  
  
• Monthlyreconciliation of the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the
  - level account in the general ledger;
  
  
  
  
• Performquarterly account reconciliations on Blackline to ensure accuracy and compliance of reported Fixed Asset balances;
  
  
  
  
• Assist in financial audit (internal/external) and tax filing activities;
  
  
  
  
• Manage internal queries;
  
  
  
  
• Regularcontrol of the work output quality;
  
  
  
  
• Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures;
  
  
  
  
• Identify process harmonization and improvement opportunities;
