We are looking for a Senior Signaling System Engineer with
- depth expertise in ETCS Level 2 (European Train Control System Level 2) to join an important project in Portugal. You will become part of an amazing team of professionals passionate about the railway sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ETCS Level 2 signaling solutions.
• Provide technical expertise in signaling systems engineering, ensuring compliance with ERTMS standards.
• Define system architecture and oversee system integration and validation activities.
• Implement security protocols and ensure alignment with industry standards.
• Conduct requirements analysis, system specification, and safety assessments for ETCS L2 projects.
• Support RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) aspects of signaling systems.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration.
  
  

• BSc or MSc degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field (mandatory).
• Proven experience in railway signaling engineering.
• Solid
  - on experience with ERTMS and ETCS Level 2 systems.
• Strong analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail.
