Your role in our team

We are seeking a skilled and creative R&D Mechanical Engineer to contribute to our research and development efforts. The ideal candidate will design, prototype, and test mechanical systems and components for various projects. This role requires a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles, proficiency in CAD software, and
- on experience with prototyping and testing equipment.

Main Responsibilities

1. Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and prototypes for customer and R&D projects.
2. Conduct feasibility studies and analyze the performance of mechanical designs.
3. Collaborate with
   - functional teams to integrate mechanical systems into larger projects.
4. Utilize CAD software to create detailed designs and technical drawings.
5. Prototype and test mechanical components to evaluate performance and reliability.
6. Identify and troubleshoot issues in mechanical designs and propose effective solutions.
7. Perform calculations of static and/or kinematic nature to assess the strength and characteristics of mechanical assemblies.
8. Prepare comprehensive engineering documentation, including design specifications, reports, manuals, datasheets, and documentation for production, installation, and testing of products.

Your Profile

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in an R&D environment.
3. Proficiency in CAD software for 2D and 3D design.
4. Strong analytical and
   - solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
6. Solid English skills (verbal and written).
7. Results-oriented with strong time and priority management skills.
8. Analytical capacity and critical thinking.
9. Team player with excellent communication skills.
10. Autonomous,
    - motivated, and proactive attitude.
11. Flexibility and adaptability.
12. Ability to work under minimal supervision.
13. Knowledge of Machinery Safety standards is a plus.
