Your role in our team
We are seeking a skilled and creative R&D Mechanical Engineer to contribute to our research and development efforts. The ideal candidate will design, prototype, and test mechanical systems and components for various projects. This role requires a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles, proficiency in CAD software, and
- on experience with prototyping and testing equipment.
- Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and prototypes for customer and R&D projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and analyze the performance of mechanical designs.
- Collaborate with
- functional teams to integrate mechanical systems into larger projects. - Utilize CAD software to create detailed designs and technical drawings.
- Prototype and test mechanical components to evaluate performance and reliability.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues in mechanical designs and propose effective solutions.
- Knowledge of static and/or kinematic calculations to assess the strength and characteristics of mechanical assemblies is a plus.
- Prepare comprehensive engineering documentation, including design specifications, reports, manuals, data sheets, and documentation for production, installation, and testing of products.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field;
Master’s degree preferred. - Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in an R&D environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software for 2D and 3D design.
- Strong analytical and
- solving skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in English (verbal and written).
- Results-oriented with strong time and priority management skills.
- Analytical capacity and critical thinking.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Autonomous,
- motivated, and proactive attitude. - Flexible and adaptable.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of machinery safety standards is a plus.
