Your role in our team

We are seeking a skilled and creative R&D Mechanical Engineer to contribute to our research and development efforts. The ideal candidate will design, prototype, and test mechanical systems and components for various projects. This role requires a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles, proficiency in CAD software, and
- on experience with prototyping and testing equipment.

• Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and prototypes for customer and R&D projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and analyze the performance of mechanical designs.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to integrate mechanical systems into larger projects.
• Utilize CAD software to create detailed designs and technical drawings.
• Prototype and test mechanical components to evaluate performance and reliability.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in mechanical designs and propose effective solutions.
• Knowledge of static and/or kinematic calculations to assess the strength and characteristics of mechanical assemblies is a plus.
• Prepare comprehensive engineering documentation, including design specifications, reports, manuals, data sheets, and documentation for production, installation, and testing of products.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field;
  
  Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in an R&D environment.
• Proficiency in CAD software for 2D and 3D design.
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Results-oriented with strong time and priority management skills.
• Analytical capacity and critical thinking.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Autonomous,
  - motivated, and proactive attitude.
• Flexible and adaptable.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of machinery safety standards is a plus.
