What You’ll Do:

As an R&D Project Consultant, you’ll act as a bridge between technology and strategy. Your role focuses on documenting and structuring innovation projects, from funding applications to internal proposals, working closely with engineers, product leads, and external partners to ensure quality and impact.

Responsibilities:

• Design, support, and document both internal and
  - driven technological and innovation projects;
• Lead the
  - up of internal innovation projects, including defining and tracking OKRs, MVPs, and key milestones;
• Prepare clear and structured technical documentation, proposals, and project deliverables;
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to gather inputs and ensure alignment on technical content;
• Work with clients to understand technical needs and translate them into actionable project plans and documentation;
• Identify relevant funding and fiscal incentive opportunities (e. g. , SIFIDE, PRR, PT2030, Portugal 2030) and prepare
  - quality application materials;
• Track project progress, prepare reports, and support
  - functional coordination across teams;
• Ensure all outputs meet the required quality standards, technical accuracy, and align with strategic objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field;
• Proven experience supporting or managing innovation,
  - driven projects, or R&D projects;
• Experience in the broadcast, media, or software industry is a strong plus;
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills;
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured project deliverables;
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and coordination abilities;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written);
• Proactive, organized, and
  - oriented mindset;
• Comfortable working in a
  - paced,
  - functional environment.
