Our Innovation & Development (R&D) team is looking for a dynamic professional to support the preparation of competitive proposals for national and international funding programs.

Responsibilities

Identify funding opportunities for R&D projects at both national and European levels;
Prepare and write competitive proposals for submission to funding programs (e. g. , Horizon Europe, Portugal 2030, among others);
Draft, organize, and compile application documents in line with the requirements and deadlines of funding entities;
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather the technical and economic information required for proposal development;
Review and adapt content to ensure compliance with evaluation criteria, both technically and formally;
Manage calendars and processes associated with proposal submissions.

Profile and Key Competencies

Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or above), preferably in scientific, technological, economic, or related fields;
Proven experience in similar roles, particularly in the preparation and management of proposals for R&D funding programs;
Knowledge of national and European R&D funding programs;
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail;
Proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently and in a team;
Good command of English (spoken and written).
