R&D Technical Support Engineer
Job Summary
Ensure customer success by providing technical support and validating product quality. Assist in product design and improvements while maintaining documentation. Collaborate and share best practices to enhance team performance.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide technical support for customer projects, ensuring a focus on customer success.
- Conduct testing and verification activities, identifying product flaws and ensuring quality standards.
- Define and specify test procedures to validate product functionality and compliance.
- Prepare and maintain all required technical documentation.
- Recommend improvements to products regarding technical characteristics, standardization, and cost optimization.
- Participate in the design of complex products and contribute to harmonizing hardware and software solutions in line with technical requirements.
- Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to foster team development.
- Perform tasks in compliance with company certifications, relevant technical standards, organizational regulations, and instructions.
- Execute additional responsibilities related to the role as directed by the Line Manager.
Years of Experience
1-3 years of experience.
Academic Qualifications
B. Sc. in Informatics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Expertise
Proficient in Linux operating systems and scripting languages such as Bash. Experienced in analyzing complex logs, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.
