React Developer (Senior) - Labour Market Analytics Platform From Scratch

We’re building a
- generation labour market analytics platform — a place where job seekers and employers can access insights, tools, and benchmarks to make smarter career and hiring decisions. The platform will include multiple products tailored for different user types (candidates and companies), all connected through a cohesive and intuitive interface.

We’re looking for a React Developer who’s ready to tackle complexity and shape the frontend architecture from the ground up.

• What You’ll Do:
  
  Build a modern, modular UI that supports multiple user flows (job seekers, employers, analysts)
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate ideas into clean, usable interfaces
• Take ownership of frontend architecture and technical decisions
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and maintainability across the platform
• Use a modern stack:
  
  React 18+, Type
  Script, Zustand/Redux, Tailwind, etc.

• What We’re Looking For:
  
  3+ years of experience working with React
• Strong skills in Java
  Script/Type
  Script and UI state management
• Experience designing scalable UI systems and handling complex component hierarchies
• A
  - oriented mindset — you think in user journeys and edge cases
• Solid understanding of API integration (REST or Graph
  QL)
• Bonus:
  
  experience with Next. Js, Zustand, testing (Jest/RTL), charts/data viz, or SSR
