Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional experience (a technical assessment will be required)
• Proven track record of managing teams and projects effectively
• Ability to create clean, modern, testable, and
  - documented code
• Advanced English fluency, both verbal and written
• Professional, empathetic, and
  - oriented
