Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience (technical assessment will be required)
• Proven track record of managing teams and projects effectively
• Ability to create clean, modern, testable, well‑documented code
• Advanced English fluency, verbal and written
• Professional, empathic, team‑oriented

Remote & Location

The position is 100% remote. Candidates must be based in Europe or regions with compatible time zones and maintain a minimum 6‑hour overlap with Eastern U. S. business hours.
