We Are Hiring: Senior React Fullstack Developer

Experience Level: 4–8 years

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design and build
- performance, secure and scalable applications that integrate with a rich ecosystem of services and platforms.

In this role, you will contribute to the development of
- grade systems, working closely with
- functional teams to deliver reliable solutions that support
- driven and scientific workflows.

What You'll Be Building:

• Design and develop
  - performance backend services and modern
  - end applications, following best practices and clean architecture principles
• Build secure,
  - documented and scalable APIs that integrate with existing systems
• Identify and optimize performance bottlenecks to ensure high availability and low latency
• Leverage cloud platforms and modern Dev
  Ops practices to deploy and operate systems at scale
• Collaborate closely with engineers, data teams and researchers to integrate data pipelines, APIs and cloud infrastructure

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 4–8 years of professional experience in software development
• Strong experience in Full Stack Development, including:
• Frontend: React, Type
  Script, Tailwind, monorepos (Nx)
• Backend: Python, Fast
  API, Pydantic
• Databases: SQL and No
  SQL
• Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure)
• Solid knowledge of Kubernetes, containerization, and
  -
  - code (Terraform, Cloud
  Formation)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e. G. Git
  Hub Actions)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work
  - functionally
• Proven
  - solving mindset and ownership of complex backend challenges

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI technologies (LLMs, RAG, agentic frameworks) or using AI to enhance development workflows
• Experience with ORMs and CRUD services (SQLModel, Django, Fast
  API)
• Knowledge of orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect, Temporal, Dagster)
• Familiarity with data science and ML libraries (pandas, numpy, scipy, jax, pytorch)
• Exposure to scientific or laboratory software, life sciences, materials science or analytics platforms
