• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
• Provide technical leadership to the team, guiding architectural decisions and enforcing best practices.
• Coordinate tasks, distribute responsibilities, and monitor team performance.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to ensure aligned and timely deliveries.
• Review code, enforce quality standards, and promote continuous improvement.
• Identify performance issues, bugs, and optimization opportunities.
• Contribute to the evolution of the architecture and development processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recent experience in React Native (mandatory).
• Proven experience as Team Lead or Tech Lead.
• Strong understanding of mobile concepts: performance, security, lifecycle, native components, etc.
• Experience with Type
  Script, Redux/Mob
  X or other
  - management tools.
• Familiarity with integrating REST and/or Graph
  QL APIs.
• Ability to define and enforce development best practices.
• Excellent communication, autonomy, and leadership skills.
