What are we looking for?

Architecting
- grade
- platform mobile apps with React Native;

Strong Git skills (branching strategies, pull requests,
- pick);

Proven experience with the mobile release lifecycle (App Store + Play Store submissions);

Build, maintain, and ship
- quality features for i
OS and Android;

Translate Figma designs into
- perfect, responsive UI components;

Write clena, maintainable,
- tested code; proactively resolve issues via Sonar
Cloud;

Implement and manage feature flags with Dev
Cycle (A/B testing, phased rollouts);

Lead the fortnightly mobile release process: release branches,
- picks,
- fixes;

Manage and automate CI/CD pipelines via Git
Hub Actions;

Host release sync meetings, manage comms in Slack, align with backend teams;

Maintain clear release documentation in Confluence, prepare release notes;

Monitor app performance with Datadog & Crashlytics, respond to Pager
Duty alerts;

Gather and triage user feedback from Sprig surveys & app store reviews;

Release & Operations Management (Approx. 40%).
