- Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native. - Provide technical leadership to the team, guiding architectural decisions and enforcing best practices. - Coordinate tasks, distribute responsibilities, and monitor team performance. - Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to ensure aligned and timely deliveries. - Review code, enforce quality standards, and promote continuous improvement. - Identify performance issues, bugs, and optimization opportunities. - Contribute to the evolution of the architecture and development processes. Requirements- 4+ years of recent experience in React Native (mandatory). - Proven experience as Team Lead or Tech Lead. - Strong understanding of mobile concepts: performance, security, lifecycle, native components, etc. - Experience with Type
Script, Redux/Mob
