About the Role

As our Technical Leader, you will guide our development teams, set technical standards, and contribute significantly to our product roadmap. You'll be a

- edge technologies like agentic AI tools into our daily workflow.

? Key Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of professional development experience, with a deep focus on React
  JS and React Native.
• Technical Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams, review code, and drive
  - quality architectural decisions.
• Agentic AI Enthusiasm: Strong interest in or direct experience with agentic AI development tools (e. G. , Codeium, Amazon Code
  Whisperer, or Claude Code) and a drive to integrate them to boost team productivity.
• English Proficiency: Professional working proficiency in English (written and verbal) is essential for effective communication with our diverse and distributed teams.
• Cultural Fit: Must be sympathetic, collaborative, and have a positive attitude—we pride ourselves on being a truly nice group of people to work with!

? Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of
  - performance mobile and web applications using the React ecosystem.
• Mentor
  - level and junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Evaluate, pilot, and implement Agentic AI tools to streamline development and testing processes.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security across all projects.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and strategy.
