Your Role

As a Junior Account Manager, you will help small and
- sized businesses in the Netherlands grow by building relationships and providing effective advertising guidance.

- oriented environment, caring about making a real impact for clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Reach out to new and existing clients via phone and email
• Manage a portfolio of small business customers in the Dutch market
• Understand their goals and challenges, and provide tailored advertising strategies
• Present solutions clearly, handle objections, and close deals
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements
• Stay updated with digital advertising trends and tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client experience

What We’re Looking For

• Native Dutch and fluent English (C1/C2)
• At least 2 years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or digital marketing
• Strong communication and

• Base salary: €1, 860 – €2, 290 gross/month (depending on accommodation)
