Your Role

As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll help small and
- sized businesses in the Netherlands grow by building strong relationships and offering smart, effective advertising guidance.

- oriented environment. Most importantly, you care about delivering real impact for your clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Reach out to new and existing clients via phone and email

• Manage a portfolio of small business customers in the Dutch market

• Understand their goals and challenges, and provide tailored advertising strategies

• Present solutions clearly, handle objections, and close deals

• Monitor campaign performance and proactively suggest improvements

• Stay up to date with digital advertising trends and tools

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent client experience

What We’re Looking For

• Native-level Dutch and fluent English (C1/C2)

• At least 2 years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or digital marketing

• Strong communication and
- building skills

• A consultative mindset with the ability to turn insights into action

• Proactive, organized, and
- oriented

• Comfortable working in a
- paced,
- driven environment

• Base salary: €1, 860 – €2, 290 gross/month (depending on accommodation - to be discussed during the call)

• Performance bonuses:

Average monthly bonus: €300

Quarterly bonus for top performers: up to €2, 000
