C Luxembourg-u2019s clients. PSP provides a range of services, including Assurance Audit (spanning all industries, with a particular focus on Real Estate and Private Equity), Broader Assurance Services, Tax (including Managed Services, Corporate Tax, VAT, and Accounting), and Advisory (specializing in the Global Fund Industry and Real Estate Valuation).

Your Mission

Our Valuation Services practice comprises a team of 90+ valuation professionals who share a commitment to delivering
- standard expertise and client value. As an Associate within VS, you will perform valuation analysis and reviews of a wide range of assets (Real Estate, Infrastructure, Private Equity, Private Debt and Venture Capital, and Intangible assets) to assess the reasonableness of valuations and financial models in the context of financial reporting and assurance engagements, with opportunities for exposure to advisory engagements across the Alternatives industry such as valuation, process implementation and review, data analytics and benchmarking.

Let7s Talk About You

• A recent graduate from economics, business and/or management with a focus in finance;
• Excellent academic background;
• Strong foundational knowledge of valuation principles and techniques (income, market, and
  - based approaches) for real estate and business valuation;
• Detail-oriented, entrepreneurial, autonomous and able to work in a multicultural environment;
• Ability to research and analyze client, industry, and financial matters with strong technical and analytical skills;
• Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and market conditions;
• Effective communication in English, written and verbal, in a professional services environment;
• Knowledge of valuation guidelines (e. g. , RICS Redbook, IPEV, IVS) is a plus;
• Basic knowledge of industry software/tools (e. g. , Bloomberg, S&P Cap
  IQ, advanced Excel) is a plus;
• Knowledge of option pricing models is a plus;
• Receptive to feedback and
  - development;
• Language skills such as French or German are assets; additional languages are a plus;
• IT knowledge is an asset;
• Professional qualification in progress (CFA, CAIA, ACA, RICS, etc. ) is a plus.
