Real Estate Accountant

You will be responsible for supporting all commercial and financial tasks for the countries you oversee, enabling comprehensive analysis of the SE Real Estate business and liaising with local business units. You should be open to challenges,

How you'll make an impact
- Ensure accurate books and records in compliance with Siemens Energy Financial Reporting Guidelines (IFRS), including project setup in SAP with accurate budgeting and forecasting.
- Understand accounting principles, P&L, and Balance Sheet.
- Have a basic understanding of tax, including VAT.
- Support IFRS 16 implementation and alignment with SE RE guidelines, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Validate and approve invoices, prepare accruals.
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and actual reporting at the country level.
- Analyze and monitor financial results such as Gross Cost, Free Cash Flow, Profit, and Capex; generate reports for management.
- Conduct financial analysis of trends, assets, cash, and liabilities.
- Assist in identifying and implementing savings measures, ensuring proper reporting and documentation.
- Support risk management activities.
- Oversee and control zone financial and operational performance, including maintenance analysis.
- Contribute to process improvements, initiatives, and new business tools.
- Handle
- hoc tasks and requirements. - Maintain relationships with external service providers and business areas.
What You Bring
- A degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance is essential.
- Minimum of 4 years in a similar controlling role, with experience in a numerical or financial environment; accounting qualification and SAP experience are required.
- Strong communication skills across different stakeholder levels.
- Adaptability, proactive attitude, and team spirit.
- Fluency in English.
