The opportunity

We are looking for Senior Consultants to join our Real Estate - Advisory & Valuations team in our Lisbon office. EY has an established leading real estate practice: we address complex issues in real estate segments and advise our clients on analytical, valuation, operational, technical, data intelligence, and other advisory services. You will have the opportunity to develop your career through a broad scope of projects, mentoring, and formal learning, contributing to building a better working world for our people, clients, and communities.

Your key responsibilities

• Advise clients on their business and strategic decisions related to Real Estate;
• Participate in strategic and operational decisions, working with management in acquisition processes, and undertake valuations for strategic analysis, focusing on commercial real estate;
• Conduct investment analysis and feasibility studies;
• Perform market research and sensitivity analysis;
• Value properties for various purposes such as accounting, transactions, or insurance;
• Support transaction diligence, including
  - side,
  - side, lender diligence, urban and technical due diligence, and transaction support;
• Collaborate with the M&A team on assets and share deals transactions and fundraising;
• Mentor junior staff and provide constructive feedback;
• Work across Strategy and Transactions Service Line and other EY teams to ensure service delivery and
  - team collaboration.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively;
• Proactive, supportive, respectful, and able to work under pressure, seeking help when needed;
• Strong report writing, analysis, and
  - solving skills;
• Fluency in English and Portuguese, both verbal and written;
• Excellent presentation skills.

Qualifications required

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Management, Economics, or similar;
• 3-6 years of experience in related fields such as commercial real estate, due diligence, valuation, or market research;
• Proficiency in Power
  Point and Excel;
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and handle challenging projects;
• Strong interest in the Real Estate sector;
• Experience in real estate consulting is valued;
• Experience with leading companies or Big4 firms is preferable;
• Membership in RICS and registration in CMVM are valued;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
