Role Description

This is a hybrid
- time role based in Lisbon, allowing for a mix of
- office and remote work. As a Real Estate Broker at Vendo, your responsibilities will include managing property listings, guiding clients through the selling or buying process, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will handle lead qualification, conduct property viewings, offer insights into real estate trends, and support clients with relevant documentation. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing team to enhance property visibility through promotional strategies.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Brokerage and Real Estate, with knowledge of managing property sales and purchases
• Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service, with the ability to build client trust and foster relationships
• Understanding of Real Property principles, including market trends and property valuation
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English are highly advantageous
• Valid Portuguese real estate license is required
• A passion for innovation in the real estate industry
