Position Overview

We are looking for a Real Estate Manager/Consultant (or Private Broker) in the luxury property market in the Algarve. The role involves handling premium properties and engaging

Responsibilities

• Client Management: Develop and maintain relationships with
  - net‑worth national and international clients.
• Property Promotion: Present and promote the luxury property portfolio.
• Negotiation: Manage the entire sales process from property visits to closing.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on premium real‑estate market trends.
• Proactive Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities and manage goals autonomously.

Requirements

• Execute commercial strategies focusing on results and customer satisfaction.
• Provide personalized high‑quality service aligned with luxury standards.
• Maintain impeccable professional presentation and ethics.
• Utilize state‑of‑the‑art digital tools to support commercial activities.
• Autonomously manage priorities and objectives.
• Residence in the Algarve region, driver’s license, and own vehicle.
