Job Overview

Real Estate Manager/Consultant (Private Broker) – Entry level, Contract. Location: Porto, Portugal. Industry: Real estate / Consulting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with high‑net‑worth national and international clients.
• Present and promote the luxury property portfolio in the Porto region.
• Manage the entire sales process from property visits to closing the deal.
• Stay updated on premium real‑estate market trends.
• Proactively prospect to identify new business opportunities and manage goals autonomously.

Requirements

• Execute commercial strategies focused on results and customer satisfaction.
• Provide personalized, high‑quality service aligned with luxury segment excellence standards.
• Maintain impeccable personal presentation and professional ethics.
• Use advanced digital tools to support commercial activities.
• Autonomously manage priorities and professional objectives.
• Must reside in the Porto region (Porto, Matosinhos, Vila Nova de Gaia, Maia, Gondomar, Valongo, Vila do Conde, Póvoa de Varzim), hold a driver’s license and an own vehicle.
