How Your Day Will Look Like

• Client Management: Developing and maintaining relationships with high‑net‑worth national and international clients.
• Property Promotion: Presenting and promoting the luxury property portfolio in the Algarve region.
• Negotiation: Managing the entire sales process, from property visits to closing the deal.
• Market Analysis: Staying updated on the premium real estate market trends.
• Proactive Prospecting: Identifying new business opportunities and managing your goals autonomously.

Requirements

• Execute commercial strategies with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
• Provide personalized, high‑quality service, compatible with the luxury segment's excellence standards.
• Maintain impeccable personal presentation and professional ethics.
• Utilize state‑of‑the‑art digital tools to support commercial activities.
• Autonomously manage your priorities and professional objectives.
• Ensure mandatory prerequisites: Residency in the Algarve region (Albufeira, Loulé, Portimão, Faro, Silves, Tavira, Lagos), driver's license, and own vehicle.
