Role Description

This is a full‑time remote role for a Real Estate Consultant. The Real Estate Consultant will engage in various tasks such as assisting clients in buying and selling properties, conducting market analyses, and providing first‑time buyer assistance. Key responsibilities include negotiating sales transactions, sourcing investment properties, conducting ROI and market analysis, and offering consultation on property flipping and development. Additional tasks will involve providing mortgage and financing assistance, legal and contract support, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Real Estate and Real Property
• Proven Sales and Negotiation skills
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Knowledge of market analysis and real estate investment strategies
• All the above as well as experience in the real estate industry is desirable but not mandatory
