Who We’re Looking For

More than experience, we value attitude, drive, and passion:

• An interest in real estate and a desire to help people achieve their dreams
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and active listening
• Entrepreneurial mindset, motivation, and
  - oriented
• With or without experience (we provide full training)
• Based in the Central Region of Portugal: Aveiro, Ílhavo, Vagos, Figueira da Foz, Vieira de Leiria, Nazaré, Foz do Arelho, Caldas da Rainha, Óbidos

Your Day-to-Day as an IAD Consultant

• Help clients sell or find the right home
• Promote properties on 200+ national and international real estate portals
• Offer close and personalized support to each client
• Build and manage your own client portfolio
• Opportunity to create and lead your own team, in Portugal and abroad
