We are currently looking for a new member for the Development team to join us in the position of Real Estate Investment Analyst.

Working Place: Sonae Sierra's Central Offices in Maia

Requirements:

• 2-5 years’ experience as a real estate investment analyst, having participated in complex real estate acquisitions and due diligence activities.
• Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field. CFA designation is a strong plus.
• Excellent analytical and
  - solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial concepts to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques (including DCF), and
  - depth knowledge of real estate investment metrics and financial concepts, including IRR, NPV and
  -
  - cash returns.
• Strong understanding of real estate markets, property types, and industry dynamics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead projects independently when necessary.
• Excellent command of English (required)
