Join our central Portfolio Management team as a Real Estate Portfolio Manager. You will oversee Siemens Energy’s extensive real estate portfolio of 5 million square meters in 90 countries, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze portfolio performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Lead global strategy projects ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Develop location concepts, country concepts, and master plans.
• Serve as the center of competence for global real estate teams.
• Establish strong working relationships with central and regional teams.
• Drive automation of portfolio management processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, construction, architecture, or business administration with over 10 years of core experience.
• Expert knowledge of international office and industrial real estate trends, markets, and developments.
• Proven project management skills and excellent communication style.
• Experience leading multinational real estate strategy projects.
• Strong presentation and visualization skills.
• Proficiency in analytics and proficiency in English essential.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power
  Point, and Power
  BI.
