Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Source, analyze, and pitch investment opportunities;
• Design business plans and support financial modeling for underwriting;
• Assist in deal execution and financial structuring;
• Create and present deal memorandums and pitches;
• Conduct market research and analysis;
• Report and analyze KPIs of existing investments;
• Support investor relations.

Role Requirements:

• Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Engineering, or Maths with relevant finance experience;
• Understanding of finance and valuation fundamentals;
• Effective communication skills;
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
• Attention to detail and high standards of quality;
• Willingness to learn and evolve;
• Collaborative attitude and positive culture contribution;
• Perseverance and stamina;
• Fluent in English (C1 or above) and Portuguese.

Valuable but not mandatory skills include advanced Excel and Power
Point skills, VBA knowledge.
