Real Estate Project Management - Senior Consultant (m/f)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our Real Estate - Construction team in Lisbon or Porto. EY has a leading real estate technical practice, addressing complex issues across all real estate segments and advising clients on technical due diligence, project management, procurement, costs analysis, engineering, and other advisory services. Key Responsibilities:

• Support our Construction team in strategic and operational activities
• Conduct technical due diligence and urban planning analysis
• Perform physical inspections of buildings and data collection
• Review engineering projects
• Lead technical meetings with clients, contractors, designers, architects, and consultants
• Manage projects based on PMI methodology
• Prepare status reports and utilize project management tools
• Collaborate across Strategy and Transactions teams and the broader EY team to ensure service delivery and
  - team support

Skills and Attributes:

• Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
• Proactive, supportive, respectful, and able to work under pressure with sound judgment
• Advanced report writing, analysis, and
  - solving skills
• Fluency in English and Portuguese, both verbal and written
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 4-10 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Office, Auto
  CAD, MS Project, and project management tools
• Proven track record in solving complex problems and managing challenging projects
• Experience with BIM software is a plus
• PMP certification is valued
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
