About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and
- oriented
Real Estate & Investment Assistant
to join our team in Lisbon. This is a
full-time,
- site position
, combining responsibilities in property sales, rental management, and support for our investment fund activities. As our upcoming projects will include
hotel developments
, candidates with a background in
hospitality or hotel management
will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Real Estate Sales Support:
• Assist with sales processes, including preparation and review of contracts and transaction documentation.
• Communicate daily with real estate agents, brokers, and prospective buyers to ensure smooth progress of sales.
• Coordinate with clients, notaries, and legal advisors during property purchase/sale and ownership transfer processes.
• Property & Rental Management:
• Manage rental operations, including tenant communication,
  - in/check-out, and issue resolution.
• Oversee and optimize
  - term rental operations (e. g. Airbnb), ensuring excellent guest experiences and property standards.
• Apply hospitality management principles to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Investment Fund Support:
• Assist investment fund clients in handling administrative and operational matters.
• Act as a liaison between clients, banks, lawyers, and fund management companies.
• Support the preparation and organization of required documentation for
  - related transactions.
• Provide operational support to
  
  - related investment projects
  under the fund's portfolio.

Requirements

• Fluency in both
  Portuguese and English
  (spoken and written).
• Solid understanding of
  real estate sales and ownership transfer procedures
  in Portugal.
• Familiarity with
  contract texts and legal documentation
  related to real estate transactions.
• Experience with
  
  - term rental platforms (e. g. Airbnb)
  and property management.
• Background in hospitality or hotel management
  strongly preferred, as upcoming projects will include hotel operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with professionals and clients.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
