Job Description

Your Mission: As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in expanding our network of Real Estate Consultants. Your responsibilities will include:

• Active Prospecting and Acquisition: Proactively identify and contact experienced Real Estate Consultants aligned with iad's vision.
• Presentation: Clearly and engagingly present iad's innovative business model, highlighting its benefits and opportunities.
• Business Development: Promote activities within the iad network to ensure proper training and integration of new Consultants.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Consultants, acting as a reference and support point.
• Mobility: Travel as needed to present the iad business model individually or in groups.

Qualifications

What We Look For:

• Proven Experience: Experience in the real estate sector.
• Consultative Sales Profile: Ability to sell and persuade, with a consultative approach focused on building value and solutions for the Consultant.
• Excellent Oral Communication: Strong ability to communicate clearly, influencially, and inspiringly.
• Proactivity and Autonomy: High initiative, organization, and autonomous work management.
• Intermediate English: Essential for communication within our international group.
• Results-Oriented: Focus on achieving and exceeding recruitment and network development goals.
• Driving License and Availability for Travel: Essential for daily functions.

Additional Information

What We Offer:

• Fixed-term Contract: 6 months (with possibility of permanence)
