REAL ESTATE SALES AGENT – ALGARVE / LISBON (EN, PT or FR speaker)

We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Agent to join our
- growing team. This position is ideal for a dynamic individual with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in the real estate sector.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings with clients and answer their questions in a professional manner.
• Become familiar with property information provided by the agency to ensure a full understanding of each listing.
• Use the Casafari CRM platform to efficiently manage client data and property information.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
• Represent the agency professionally in all client interactions.

Requirements

• Fluency in English ? ? and Portuguese ? ? is mandatory. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus, as French ? ? .
• Previous experience as a real estate agent is preferred but not required.
• Experience with CRM systems and familiarity with Casafari are an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong
  - motivation and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driving license and own car required.

Compensation

• There is no fixed salary;
  
  
  
  compensation is based on 20% of the agency's commission.
• This competitive commission applies to managing property viewings only, with no requirement to source or manage mandates.
