About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Luxury Real Estate Sales Team Leader to lead and expand a
- performing buyers’ division within the
- market and luxury residential real estate space. This leadership position is designed for a proven sales professional who thrives on building teams, driving performance, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of buyers’ agents focused on mid to
- end residential properties. - Set, track, and achieve ambitious sales targets across the team.
- Recruit, train, and develop agents to consistently perform at a high level.
- Implement effective sales strategies to grow market share in the
- market and luxury segments. - Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide guidance on complex,
- value transactions. - Collaborate with leadership to shape growth initiatives and refine client service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a
- producing real estate team. - Demonstrated success in the
- market and luxury residential sector. - Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.
- Excellent negotiation, coaching, and client relationship skills.
- Based in or open to relocating to Porto;
hybrid working model available. - Fluency in English required;
Portuguese a strong advantage.
