The Job

• Process guest
  - ins, confirm reservations, assign rooms, and activate room keys.
• Handle payments including room charges, cash, checks, debit, and credit transactions.
• Manage
  - outs, resolve late and disputed charges.
• Respond to guest calls, messages, requests, questions, and concerns.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping for room readiness.
• Inform guests about parking procedures and coordinate bell or valet services.
• Provide directions and local area information to guests.
• Prepare daily reports on arrivals, departures, and special requests, ensuring accuracy.
• Complete cashier and closing reports in the system.
• Handle cashing of checks, count banks, and balance receipts.
• Adhere to safety, security, and confidentiality policies.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct, and ensure excellent guest service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or related fields.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Proactive, creative, and adaptable mindset.
