Proceder ao atendimento do cliente e agendamento dos serviços solicitados. | Provide customer service and schedule requested services.

Perfil e Requisitos

• Conhecimento de línguas estrangeiras (inglês - requisito e/ou outras línguas - preferencial);
• Conhecimento de informática na ótica do utilizador;
• Forte capacidade de comunicação;
• Espírito de equipa, flexibilidade, dinamismo e proatividade;
• Receção e acolhimento dos clientes com simpatia e profissionalismo;
• Gestão de agendamentos e marcações de tratamentos/spa;
• Responder a chamadas telefónicas,
  - mails e outros pedidos de informação;
• Promover e vender serviços, pacotes e produtos do SPA;
• Coordenar com os terapeutas e restante equipa para assegurar o bom funcionamento diário;
• Garantir a organização e apresentação da área de receção.

Profile And Requirements

• Knowledge of foreign languages (English - required and/or other languages - preferred);
• Computer literacy from a user perspective;
• Strong communication skills;
• Team spirit, flexibility, dynamism and proactivity;
• Welcoming and receiving customers with friendliness and professionalism;
• Managing appointments and bookings for treatments/spa;
• Answering phone calls, emails and other requests for information;
• Promoting and selling SPA services, packages and products;
• Coordinating with therapists and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations;
• Ensuring the organisation and presentation of the reception area.
