Overview

We are looking for a professional and
- oriented Spa Receptionist to join our team at The Spa by Corinthia Lisbon. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a warm and seamless experience from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression
• Distribute and manage mail
• Perform general administrative and clerical tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or relevant work experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Abilityto maintain a positive and professional attitude
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Knowledge of Opera, Excel, Micros, and Book4Time is highly appreciated
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory)
