Overview

Assistant Manager at Odalys Portugal | Residence Manager at Odalys Porto Asprela. Would you like to be part of a young, dynamic, and energetic team? At our Student Residences in Porto, we’re looking for a proactive Receptionist, available to start immediately, to join our team and help create a welcoming and unforgettable experience for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Be the first friendly face our residents see when they arrive — welcoming, guiding, and ensuring all their needs are met with warmth and efficiency;
• Manage room bookings, perform
  - ins and
  - outs, and make sure everything runs smoothly;
• Ensure the security and proper functioning of the facilities;
• Support
  -
  - day administrative tasks (reports, records, internal communications, etc. );
• Coordinate and monitor maintenance and housekeeping work, ensuring
  - quality standards;
• Manage stock and inventory, making sure supplies are always available;
• Take part in organising events and activities for residents — because we also want to create great memories!

Qualifications

• Previous experience in reception, customer service, or a similar role (preferred);
• Ability to handle minor maintenance issues;
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
• Proactive attitude and
  - solving mindset;
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays;
• Fluency in English;
• Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
• Positive attitude, empathy, and enthusiasm.
