Eurostars Hotel Company aims to hire hospitality professionals for the Reception area in a 4* hotel located in Lisbon.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Welcoming and assisting guests from reservation to departure;
• Managing complaints and resolving incidents to ensure guest satisfaction;
• Participating in financial management at the reception (billing, cash closing, and night audit);
• Handling the switchboard, making and receiving calls, and connecting them to different extensions/departments.

Valued profile includes:

• Training in Hospitality and Tourism;
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the role;
• Good knowledge of English.
