Responsibilities

• Support teams in analyzing business and technology challenges.
• Utilize data and digital tools to enhance processes and

• Collaborate on
  - functional projects with tangible impact.
• Participate in mentoring and training to learn and grow.

Requirements

• Recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in IT, Economics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Eager to learn, adapt, and contribute.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
• Hybrid work model: 2–3 days in the office per week.
