Receção de visitantes/clientes/fornecedores
Gestão de economato
Organização e gestão de arquivo
Organização e gestão de correio físico
Receber, rever os
- mails recebidos e enviados, e proceder (se aplicável) à distribuição de
- mails recebidos
Apoio à reserva de viagens, alugueres de viaturas, refeições, entre outros
Apoio à gestão de documentação administrativa
Gestão de envios /expedições de material
Apoio à organização de eventos/auditorias, outros O que procuramos Mínimo 12º Ano de escolaridade ou Curso Técnico Profissional
Conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador
Nível fluente de inglês
Experiência com MS office, nomeadamente, Excel e Powerpoint
Orientação para o Cliente
Gosto pelo contato com o público
