About Us

MUJŌ is a growing movement and wellness space inspired by the Buddhist principle of impermanence. We offer
- quality classes in martial arts, yoga, barre, pilates, dance, and holistic treatments in a beautifully designed space in Cascais. We’re not just a studio - we’re a community.

The Role

We’re looking for a vibrant, proactive, and
- hearted person to be the face of MUJŌ. This role is part receptionist, part sales, part community builder - and 100% essential to our daily vibe.

You’ll be the first and last person our students and guests see, and the energy you bring will shape their experience. If you thrive on meaningful interactions, love making people feel welcome, and have a knack for staying organized while keeping things moving, you might be the one.

What You'll Do

- Greet and check in clients with energy and presence

- Handle bookings, memberships, and class inquiries

- Follow up with leads and convert
- ins into members

- Support sales goals with a
- sell,
- driven approach

- Coordinate with teachers and therapists to ensure smooth class flow

- Keep the reception and common areas clean, welcoming, and organized

- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks (invoicing, petty cash, monthly reports)

- Support social media engagement or events occasionally (if you’re into that)

Who You Are

- Fluent in Portuguese and English

- A natural people person with emotional intelligence and confidence

- Sales-savvy, but not pushy - more about connection than hard closing

- Comfortable with simple financial tasks and using scheduling software

- Responsible, punctual, and organized

- Aligned with wellness, movement, and holistic living

Bonus: previous experience in a wellness studio, gym, or hospitality environment
