Job Description
We are seeking a Reception & Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant campus in Lisbon. Spanning four floors, the campus hosts three resident companies and multiple partner organizations using coworking or fixed desk arrangements. The goal is to expand our network of partners and users while ensuring smooth operations of events and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
The Reception & Community Manager will manage the space and ensure an excellent experience for all users, reporting directly to the Director of Operations.
Your Responsibilities
Campus Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the campus, ensuring spaces are functional and
- maintained. - Manage booking calendars for meeting rooms and event spaces.
- Support onboarding and ongoing needs of tenants and partners.
Partnership and Tenant Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with resident companies, partners, and users.
- Serve as the primary contact for tenants and new partnership opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to improve the campus experience.
Event Coordination:
- Organize logistics for events, including room setup and participant reception.
- Collaborate with teams to execute workshops and networking events.
- Ensure seamless service delivery for events.
Administrative and Operational Support:
- Manage contracts and administrative processes related to tenants and space users.
- Communicate regularly with partners to align expectations and satisfaction.
- Work with internal teams to promote the campus and its offerings.
About You
- Experience in office management, operations, or similar roles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and
- building abilities. - Event management experience is a plus.
- Self-starter with a
- driven mindset. - Fluent in Portuguese and English, written and spoken.
